| Featuring Products from Nine Renowned French Food Brands
The French Food and Drink Federation (ANIA) announced on November 3 that it will host the “Horeca Promotion” as part of the “European Taste Experience – Bon Appétit!” campaign, supported by the European Union (EU).
The Horeca Promotion, taking place over three weeks from November 3 to 21, 2025, will be held across eight major bakeries, pâtisseries, bistros, and fine-dining restaurants in Seoul. The initiative aims to showcase the diversity and versatility of European ingredients through limited-edition menus co-created by European brands and Korean chefs.
Notably, this marks the first consumer-oriented program of the “European Taste Experience – Bon Appétit!” campaign, offering guests the opportunity to directly experience the campaign’s message through collaborative dishes featuring authentic European ingredients.
The menus incorporate products from nine leading French food brands, including cheese, butter, mustard, coffee, and beverages. Participating brands are: Entremont, Île de France, Rians, Promess, Lescure, Edmond Fallot, Le Paludier de Guérande, Elixia, and Cafés Richard.
Throughout the promotion, eight establishments across Seoul—Flower Artisan Bakery, Titipainpain, Autour Bakery, Pâtisserie Fruits, Maison M.O, Vino Paradise Hannam, Maison Jo, and Moulin—will present autumn limited menus that reinterpret these French products through each venue’s distinctive style and creativity.
ANIA stated, “We organized this promotion to provide Korean consumers with the opportunity to experience the quality and diversity of European ingredients firsthand. Through this collaboration, we hope the authenticity and creativity of European food will be newly expressed within Korea’s dynamic dining culture.”
