INGREDIENTS
1 sandwich bread
Brie slices 60g
1 carrot
1 teaspoon organic whole-grain mustard
1 egg
A pinch of Guérande fleur de sel
INSTRUCTIONS
Grate the carrot and mix it with the whole-grain mustard.
Cook the egg to your preferred doneness.
Slice the bread in half.
Layer the brie slices on the bottom half.
Add the carrot and mustard mixture.
Place the egg on top and lightly season with fleur de sel.
Close the sandwich and serve.
