INGREDIENTS
1 sandwich bread
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
A few fresh arugula leaves
Brie slices 60g
½ apple
A drizzle of honey
A small handful of chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the bread in half.
Spread a thin layer of whole-grain mustard on the crumb.
Add the arugula leaves.
Layer the brie slices.
Top with the apple slices.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Close the sandwich and serve.
