[Taste Box]©auvert__ Brie & Carrot Rappé Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sandwich bread

  • 1 carrot

  • ½ apple

  • A handful of arugula

  • 2 slices of ham

  • Brie slices 60g

  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • A splash of white wine vinegar

  • A few drops of lemon juice

  • A small touch of honey

  • A pinch of Guérande fleur de sel


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the carrot into fine julienne strips.

  2. Season the carrots with fleur de sel, whole-grain mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well.

  3. Slice half an apple thinly and set aside.

  4. Cut the bread in half.

  5. Layer arugula on the bottom half, followed by the ham and brie slices.

  6. Add the marinated carrots, then finish with the apple slices.

  7. Close the sandwich and serve.
