INGREDIENTS
15 ml whole-grain mustard
1 sandwich bread
A handful of arugula
Brie slices 60g
2 thin slices of ham
Black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the bread horizontally.
Spread the whole-grain mustard on one side of the bread.
Add the arugula to the bottom half.
Layer the brie slices, then the ham.
Lightly season with black pepper, close the sandwich, and serve.
